Your pet's items

Many people like to bring things from home to make their pet more comfortable during their stay such as the food they are used to eating, bed, blanket, bone, toy, treats, etc. If you would like to bring anything for your pet during his/her stay you are certainly welcome to however we do ask that all items are marked with your last name (toy, bed/blanket, etc). You are welcome to include a list of your pet's items. Please remember to make sure everything is permanently identified - that way if your pet takes their toy out during playtime or bedding gets washed, or something temporarily moved while we are cleaning - the name on it helps us make sure its gets back to its owner. We ask that everything is labeled as this is the best way to make sure the correct items are returned to the correct pet.

We apologize if your pets items do not come home - we are not responsible for lost items.

*Due to Covid-19 germ spreading concerns we ask that if you are bringing anything in with your pet that it is clean (for example use new baggies for food, disinfect food container and scooper prior to bringing, if you're bringing your dog a blanket or a toy wash it first rather than just picking it up from the bed/floor and bringing along).

Please also remember we ask that you do not bring in any large or extra large bedding (for example if it is too big to fit into the washing machine and or dryer please do not bring it - this is due to the fact that we do like to be able to make sure bedding goes home clean and cannot wash and dry large bedding/beds if they should be to get dirty or soiled if they cannot fit into the washing machine or dryer.).

Pet Food & diet

We do provide boarding services to dogs, cats, and other small pets.

We highly recommend bringing in the food your pet normally eats. This helps your pet keep his/her regular diet, and can help in preventing an upset stomach / diarrhea from a food change. We also ask this because not all pets like eating different food either. If for some reason your pet does not eat well during boarding, we can offer him/her something else to eat. If for some reason your pet is on a special diet, has food allergies, or for any other reason should not eat anything other than the food you provide please remind as at check in. Examples of foods that may possibly be provided to your dog include Purina Pro Plan Sport All Life Stages Performance 30/20 Formula Dry Dog Food (chicken), can food, or cooked food such as eggs (with or without cheese), hamburger, rice.

Dogs that do not come in with their own food will be provided with Purina Pro Plan Sport All Life Stages Performance 30/20 Formula Dry Dog Food (chicken).

Cats and other small pets must come in with their own food.

Please provide us with the amount of food you expect your pet to eat during his/her stay. Treats and bones are allowed as well, but again please only provide the amount that you would like your pet to have during his/her stay. Food/treats/bones may be provided in reusable containers or plastic baggies. Please include any special instructions for your pets food/treats/bones. If food is divided up into individual feedings (which is preferred) please make sure they are marked for each feeding.

Pets on medication: we understand that there are pets who are on some sort of medication, vitamin, supplements, etc - please note there is a $1.00 per administration fee. Please provide us with all information on your pet's medication - name, reason needed, dosage, special instructions etc. If there is any other special care you think your pet will or may need please let us know.  If your pet eats his/her medication in pill pockets, meat, cheese, can food, etc please provide it.  Please only provide the amount of medication needed for your pet's stay. Please do not provide an entire bottle of medication if it is not needed. For example a pill case may be made up for his/her stay.
