Individual playtime is with just your pet and a kennel technician. Individual playtime takes place in our fenced in play yard.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschdule, please provide notice 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation. There is a cancelation fee for reservations not canceled within 48 hours notice.
